Eating healthy and giving your body the nutrition it needs doesn’t have to be a complicated process. This smoothie recipe has just 4 ingredients, is completely delicious, and offers plenty of amino acids thanks to a generous scoop of hemp seed protein.
1 banana (100g)
100g frozen mango
100mL plant based milk of choice (I used oat milk for this)
30g Linwoods Hemp+ protein (or use 1 tbsp flaxseed + 1 tbsp hemp seeds)
Add to your blender and blend up nicely until smooth
