Event Details
Hawaii's first interactive cannabis cooking class for everyone to enjoy! This culinary adventure will cover several methods of infusing marijuana into food and some of the finer points of dosing edibles. NOW is the chance to turn your interest for cooking into an art form. Learn how to make delicious meals that can be infused with medical cannabis or even legal CBD hemp.
Some of the canna-techniques you will learn include:
- Correctly breaking down cannabis oil
- Decarboxylation
- Infused butter vs. oil
- How to store your infusion
- Making cannabis calculations while cooking
Put on your apron and gloves then infuse some mouthwatering delights starting with our signature Blue Hawaii CBD Punch. Continue on with a leaf power salad, terpine rich poke (or tofu) and hemp Macadamia nut cookie.
In addition to the hands-on cooking, guests will receive take home recipes, safe dosing handouts and a certificate of achievement.
Please note: We are excited to announce that you don't need to be a patient and don't have to bring your own cannabis to this event. Even if you haven't cooked a day in your life, we can show you how to incorporate nature's wonderful plant into your daily diet.

Do I need a 329 medical marijuana patient cardholder to attend this event?
NO. For the hands-on cooking, our chef will be using lab tested hemp flower that has less than .3% THC. You will not get high, but might feel positive therapeutic effects from the highly-potent Cannabidiol (CBD).

Please park close to Trim Ready’s office at 726 Kapahulu Avenue. Most available parking spaces are on DATE STREET. There is also parking on nearby streets as well.
