In the super-saturated market for body cream, many are fairly forgettable. So it bodes well for Hemp & Honey Plus that just as soon as I opened and lathered on the company’s Vanilla and Matcha Green Tea Body Cream, I refused to let that little tub out of my sight.

Between this moisturizer’s luxurious, velvety composition and its handy 1.2-ounce container, which is an ideal size for carrying in a backpack or jacket pocket, it seemed prudent to keep an eye on the “HH+” body cream. Because when a lotion smells as nice as this one and works equally well, it is ripe for the plucking by a well-meaning family member who probably has skin that’s just as parched as my own.

For this particular hemp body cream, the nature-minded base formula is enhanced with vanilla — the aroma-therapeutic benefits of which include relaxing the mind, easing respiratory stress and serving as a mild aphrodisiac — and Matcha green tea, which offers a counterbalance to the vanilla in this cream by lending refreshing, restorative properties.

I found this fragrance to be pleasant as opposed to overbearing, and the cream itself stood up impressively well to Colorado’s moisture-depleting elements.
