I really like all of these superfood products!  This is just the way I have been eating lately with great results. I am maintaining proper weight for my body type, digesting well, and feeling great. It is when I divert from these foods and eat something like cheese and bread that I feel sluggish and not so well.
I am addicted to almonds.
