The 9th Conference of the European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA) has been scheduled for May 23-24th 2012, to be held at Wesseling near Cologne in Germany.
Biocomposites – like bio-based plastics – are experiencing double-digit growth each year, says the association and the conference will present the latest technology developments and statistics on the market penetration of hemp and other natural fibre reinforced plastics.
The EIHA Conference is now established as the largest meeting of experts on industrial hemp and specialists from all over the world will meet to exchange information on the latest developments in hemp and other natural fibres, and the applications for these fibres as well as shivs, seeds and oil.
