Boise's first hemp fest is coming Sept. 25

Hemp advocates are bringing the Idaho H.O.P.E. Fest to Julia Davis Park on Sunday, Sept. 25. The event runs 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with live entertainment, food and vendors with products for hemp aficionados.

H.O.P.E. stands for "Hemp Offers People Everything."

Organizers said in a news release that they want to “educate the public on the many uses of hemp” and “promote awareness on the reform of marijuana laws.” 

The event is hosted by Idaho NORML and Idaho Moms for Marijuana.
